Kye Paz

Kye is JR Litehiser's Executive Assistant at PNW ECS, supporting daily operations through scheduling, follow-ups, customer communication, reporting, marketing coordination, and project organization. Since joining the team in 2024, she has worked closely with JR and the rest of the PNW ECS team to help keep priorities moving and details from slipping through the cracks.

Kye is known for being dependable, organized, creative, and ready to jump in wherever support is needed.

From coordinating team communication and customer follow-ups to helping with training promotions, reports, and social media, she helps keep the behind-the-scenes work running smoothly. Working remotely from the Philippines, she has become an important part of the PNW ECS team's day-to-day rhythm.
