📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or backordered products may require additional time—if so, you’ll be notified by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Most packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and arrive within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to hazardous material regulations (especially epoxy and coating items). These will be noted on the product page.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pnwecs.com within 5 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement when applicable.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

Opened containers of epoxy, coatings, or chemicals

Custom orders

Clearance items
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@pnwecs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially for bulk or specialty items.
💳 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
